Responsibilities include but not limited to; Providing accurate and necessary training to newly hired employees. I provide knowledgeable insight on issues with overstock, policies, scheduling, and customer concerns. I learned skills in maintaining great customer relations and how to best give the consumer the product that would make them life long supporters of our brand. With this position I not only got promoted within one month of employment but I have pushed through obstacles such as; training and mastering a new field quickly which is the Pet Industry, and among other things becoming the closing and deposit supervisor. This means I ensure that all sales have been documented and have been accounted for. My experience with being an HR major as well as having actual HR experience has made me a management guru.

With this position I am constantly kept on my toes and have truly reached the pinnacle of amazing customer service.
