- Follows all data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements and ensure quality assurance with all completed work.
- Utilizes programs such as Salesforce, Service NOW, eFullfillment, and Amazon Workspace to complete all daily tasks and assignments.
- Adhere to all confidentiality rules and policies.
