About Destiny Mclennan, Ph.D.

I am currently the Director of Applied Research at Pacific Community Ventures where I use research to help foundations and philanthropists, policymakers, and impact investors measure and communicate the outcomes of their investments while increasing their impact. I received my Ph.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change at UCLA and an M.S.Ed. in higher education from the University of Pennsylvania.When I’m not writing, I’m practicing or teaching yoga which has continued to provide me peace, self-awareness, and balance in my life.
