• Support and encourage student success through presentations, coaching sessions, and loan processing on various topics such as paying for college, emergency assistance, and financial aid and scholarships. • Assist with educating students on financial topics in order to increase financial literacy, through presentations averaging 50 students per presentation. • Answer phone calls to answer questions about the center, financial aid, student accounts, loans, etc., schedule events and coaching sessions, and respond to students of approximately 30 per shift. • Work with other team members as well as various campus departments on our Financial wellness, Financial Readiness, and Eagle Support Program to offer students assistance through marketing, workshops, personalized coaching sessions, and loan intake.

-Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues could include: business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, global expansion, and best practices in career management-Collect and examine data relevant to developing solutions in the various practices-Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for more senior members of the project team-Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop client recommendations-Prepare client presentations, including recommendations to be presented to boards of directors, executives, senior management, and HR leaders

• Utilized multitasking abilities to effectively manage the cash register, while simultaneously taking and preparing orders for approximately 300 customers per shift.• Assist with opening and closing tasks, while preparing for group events averaging 50 people.• Answer phone calls to answer questions about the restaurant, schedule events, and place orders of approximately 150 per shift.
