As a recent graduate from Indiana University with a major in International Studies with a focus in Nonprofit Management and a minor in German Studies, I am passionate about creating positive social impact and fostering cross-cultural understanding. My academic journey has provided me with a solid foundation in global issues and impactful experiences for nonprofit management.During a transformative internship as a Project Intern at the nonprofit Give Something Back to Berlin in Berlin, I honed my project management skills and collaborated with a dedicated team to plan and execute community-driven initiatives. Engaging directly with beneficiaries and such a dedicated team taught me the value of active listening and the importance of centering community needs.Additionally, my experience as an Operations Manager at CVS has equipped me with strong leadership and operational skills. Managing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment enhanced my ability to solve problems efficiently, prioritize tasks, and ensure excellent customer service. This role further developed my ability to lead and inspire teams, and manage resources effectively.My enthusiasm for community engagement drives my commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of others. I am dedicated to building bridges across borders, advocating for sustainable solutions, and creating a more inclusive world for all.
