I have lived in many places all over the world, but the one place I lived that helped me to grow my diversity was Okinawa, Japan. Being a child of a parent in the military allowed me to learn to adapt quickly and efficiently to my surroundings. I have over 15 years of experience working in customer service and relations. I am currently in Creative Marketing and Advertising. Something I have grown very passionate for. Prior to my current position, I worked as Executive Secretary to the owner of Forklift USA and Hydrogen Forklifts, improving products and services for the customers by using advanced analytics, my unique marketing skills and interpersonal customer service.Previously, I was the General Manager at Lightning Pawn for 6 years, where I worked with customers on a daily basis to help them purchase something specific to their needs or loaned money. I also maintained all record keeping for the company and did most all purchasing. The majority of our customers became repeat customers because I made them feel comfortable and was able to relate to them. I am really excited to start my newest chapter with THP Creative Group! I’m truly blessed to have this opportunity to be a part of such an amazing company and hope that my experience brings an abundance of business to the company. I have been happily married to my best friend, Jeff, for over a decade. I am also the mother of 3 wonderful kids, Robert, Annsley and Taylor. They come first above all, but I never let them hinder my success as a working mother. I thrive on helping and making people happy. My ultimate goal is to one day finish my degree in Criminal Justice and become a counselor for troubled youth.
