Education Coordinator
-Oversee 3 separate educational programs geared toward serving the refugee community-Supervise instructors for each program-Provide reporting capturing all progress, accomplishments and challenges within each program to funders-Led an initiative to ensure ongoing quality assurance of all client files for each program-Responsible for the overseeing the compliance of the Pre-HSE program-Coordinates with outside agencies and community organizations for the recruitment and enrollment of students into the program-Develop and maintain lesson plans for instructors-Guide and evaluate student progress over the course of the term-Supervise other instructors-Teach 4, two and a half month courses, each year-Conduct Pre and Post testing to evaluate student overall growth-Provide reports and analytics to funders to track student scores, attendance and initiatives-Sustained performance goals for grant funding once again achieving an increase that was in excess of 8x the original funded amount.
