Change approver for the $1bill+ SAP Core Banking replacement.• Financial and budgetary optimisation – at CBA, determined and managed the incremental spend on CommSee 3rd level support and maintenance (c.$10mill pa), and the spend on tools and process optimisation (c. $6 mill pa), plus a people budget in excess of $40mill pa.• Development methodology and tools – led the development of an SDLC at AMP and CBA, accountable for the Agile practice and Continuous delivery capability, and LEAN process optimisation in my 400 strong team at CBA.• Application Development and maintenance – managed the development and/or implementation of countless in-house and package applications for banking, investments and superannuation businesses.
