I’m a marketing professional who loves a deadline and who, throughout my career, has delivered the results needed to build awareness and drive international growth for the companies I have worked for.Early in my career, I worked as part of the marketing team for two international ticketing companies and was responsible for promoting online ticketing to arts, sports and visitor attraction venues across the UK and Ireland. At the time, for the majority of venues internet ticketing was a completely new concept and one they were often nervous to embrace. It was extremely rewarding to help bring online ticketing to some of the UK’s leading football clubs, theatres and visitor attractions.In my current role, I am responsible for all elements of marketing communications - including content creation, campaign management, PR and editorial, websites and social, webinars and live events.Most recently, my work has focused on the launch of a connected digital product range - the first of its kind for our business. This has involved project management of all assets required for launch, planning the launch events in the UK and Germany and working to implement a new e-commerce website to support sales of the new range. Other highlights include a global company re-brand and multiple product and website launches. Successful marketing outcomes rely on the strength of teams and I work with some great people. I take great pride in leading, developing and motivating internal teams and building successful partnerships with third party agencies and contractors. As well as my own personal development, working with fantastic people has helped me develop my knowledge, adapt to industry and marketing trends and ensure the challenges faced can always be overcome.
