My initial educational background was in human medicine and biotechnology and over the past 20 years I have had the opportunity to take this knowledge and combine it with my passion for innovation and product design. I have been involved in Venture Capital funded companies, public and privately funded products, and have self-funded my own inventions. I have been fortunate to be surrounded by experts in their field that have allowed me to start and be part of several innovative technology companies ranging from Aesthetic medicine, Medical Diagnostics, Consumer Health, Environmental testing, Food and Beverage Safety Testing and Robotic propulsion systems and controls. In this process I have launched over 10 successful hardware, software, and chemical/biological consumer and industrial products. At my foundation and in my heart I am an inventor and I thoroughly enjoy seeing an idea all the way through the process to final product and market launch. I have had my fair share of success and failure in this journey and understand the joy solving tough design issues using novel techniques and methods.
