Experience in customer service, office administrator, respond to applicants through the portal and to forward applications to supervisors and principals. I utilize Absence Management, Frontline Central, and Recruiting & Hiring. Once applicants are vetted through our office, then they are forwarded to the supervisor/principal for an interview and follow up with references. If the principal recommends the applicant for hire, they forward us a recommendation form and the 2 completed reference forms.I reach out to applicants to make an offer (pending BG check) and have them sign permission for a background check. I use BIB (online) for our background checks, and also do SLED checks . Once the BG check is cleared, I send applicants all onboarding paperwork through Frontline Central. I mark the applicant as hired in Recruiting & Hiring and then import them into Frontline Central. Once that is done I check to make sure that all of their onboarding paperwork is submitted through Frontline and follow up as necessary.Processes confidential personnel documents in an appropriate manner; maintains confidential files and records containing employee information; completes and processes personnel action forms; enters employee into computer database(s) as required.Special pointers:Advertises all District job vacancies; assists with the preparation of Board recommendations for hiring, employment changes, leave and terminations.Work effectively with and respond to diverse cultures or backgrounds.Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate judgment in behavior, speech, and dress in a neat, clean and professional manner for the assignment and work setting.Have regular and punctual attendance.Follow all District policies, work procedures, and reasonable requests by the proper authorities
