So as of right now I'm currently enrolled at Bryant & Stratton College in Western New York, I'm majoring in criminal justice. I have 2 semesters to go & then I most definitely plan on continuing for a bachelor's. My life goals and dreams have always been to prove to everyone that have doubted me since I was a child, just like so many others I have been let down by the people that are suppose to love and cheer you on throughout your teens to adulthood. Unfortunately me and my 3 brothers had a traumatic and scary childhood and when I was 8 we were adopted, believing that are life's had changed forever, but really I believe the more trauma hardships you go through especially as a child it pushes you more in the opposite direction which happened to 2 of my brothers one lost his life to the opioid epidemic at 29 and the other has been in and out of the criminal justice system which is just so difficult to even have to go through for any family. With the traumatic circumstances I have been through with that and with other things throughout my adult life really I'm actually proud that I'm so determined to succeed and I'm hoping I can meet the right people on here and land the right position where I can continue to grow and help others do the same. I would say the best skills I have is how I treat others, communication and showing other's compassion can change someone's whole entire outlook. I don't know what I want to do but I want to be able to go to my job everyday and feel like I have made a difference.
