Hired to help facilitate the successful launch of the original Inktomi Paid Inclusion service with Jim Stob (Position Tech owner). Google Shopping adopted their own Paid Inclusion model using precisely the same justifiable arguments we established a decade before. Wrote the technical materials intended for agency programmers and digital marketing.

Directed SEO service offering at Outrider Worldwide (digital arm of Tempest that was acquired by WPP). Defined big brand SEO with serviceable inventions attributed to me, including the "empty table cell" technique for optimizing the indexing of HTML. Advised IBM to edit their robots exclusion file, which resulted in a 40% growth of search engine traffic.
