I am a highly motivated individual with strong influencing skills and a passion for testing. I have worked in Financial Services for over 30 years where I have held a variety of roles in management, Business Analyst and Test analyst. I have influenced changes and built a strong relationship with business stakeholders, I have given forecasts of testing and on staffing requirements. I have worked on both large technical projects and smaller FCA regulatory projects where I have used a variety of testing techniques working waterfall and agile.
