I am the Managing Director of Assessment Analytics, Inc. (AAI), an authorized distributor of SHL Talent Measurement solutions and a leading provider of assessment solutions in the Philippines. I lead a team of solutions-driven individuals and together, we help our clients by creating solutions based on their needs. As part of an HR consultancy firm, I have experience in Job Analysis, Competency-Based Interviewing, Competency Profiling, and Succession Planning. I have been certified in the United Kingdom as an accredited trainer which allows me to conduct all SHL talent management training programs worldwide. I have also received my certification as a Test User for Occupational Ability and Personality assessments from the British Psychological Society. I started my career in the credit card industry, spent a few years in Customer Service before I ventured into Sales and Marketing, specifically Portfolio Management. I was privileged to be part of well-known and established institutions such as HSBC, AIG Credit Cards, and Diners Club under Security Bank Credit Cards. I have set-up and handled my own business -- a 60-seat non-voice outsourcing company. This eight-year stint honed my skills not just in operations but also in finance, accounting and HR. Prior to joining AAI, I handled a team of 200 servicing voice and non-voice UK credit card operations in HSBC.I believe in the saying, “Everything happens for a reason,” and I truly believe that the various roles and experiences I have had throughout my career have prepared me for my current and future roles.
