I have been working at the Immune Cell therapy companies for 4 year 7 months.My tasks are that separating the NK cells from Human blood and cultivating the NK cells using the 1L bags and the 50 L bioreactor. Also, I have been analyzing the media during cell culture for identifying each parameters like pH, DO, metaolites and osmolarity. Also, I have the experiences that in charge of the Technique transfer because i received techniques and trained at a processing development team. Moreover, I made the Master Batch Record (MBR), Aseptic Processing Validation Batch Record, Line clearance/Cleaning/Packaging lablellings.
