  • Simulated a nozzle dispensing mechanism along the edge of a solder bump region of a Flip-Chip package using Ansys Fluent and observed the flow pattern to accurately predict air void locations.• Developed a UDF code for temperature-dependent viscosity and curing degree using Castro-Macosko model, optimizing Capillary Underfill simulations in Ansys Fluent, resulting in major cost savings of $2k–$10k per project.• Contributed in streamlining workflow by reducing reliance on limited Moldex3D licenses, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in CFD simulations for Capillary Underfill problems.
