Acted as a Health sector leader/ Advisor with predominant interest in Mixed-use and Healthcare developments. In last 14 years, I have been involved in several major healthcare and commercial developments in UK and currently responsible for managing major Healthcare projects in SE Asia and Australia. I specialize in project management and co-ordinate projects from initial feasibility study and concept design, through to design development and completion with a wide range of procurement methods including; traditional tendering, design and build, management contracting and PFI. Recently, I have managed the team for recently launched 14 Hectare “Novena Health City” in Singapore which is to be seen as first Health City truly sustainable and landmark for SE Asia. Health city is essentially sustainable development, based on best design and compliant with the latest Green Mark standards. Currently, I am also responsible for the project management/ planning of $370m prestigious and multiple awards winning "National Heart Centre Singapore" which has won several International Academy Awards. My other strong interest is in workplace planning prompted me to undertake several Headquarterprojects for blue-chip clients in SE Asia. Workplace planning and integrating new ways of working like ABW has changed the workplace design than just conventional old desking layouts. Worked on major healthcare developments including New Acute Hospital for Forth Valley at Larbert, Stirling, UK - £270m. The 814 bed, 112,500sqm acute hospital contains a full range of regional services, and a 5,600 sqm mental health facility with four departments- Shared, Old Age Psychiatry, Adult Acute Inpatients and an Intensive Psychiatric Care unit, designed to replace existing central Scotland as part of integrated strategy. Glasgow Medical Centre-Paisley, UK3 storey private day surgery hospital including theatre, cardiac catheterisation, Endoscopy and Radiology departments, 24 bedrooms and 25 consultant suites.SEPA Headquarters, Aberdeen, UK. the proposed new Biochemistry Laboratory consists of 5 lab spaces and 2 open plan offices to share with Scottish Natural Heritage. As Global warming has become more significant influence to future architecture, sustainability has followed a rational line to the central to the whole idea of design. Tameside Pathology Laboratories, Manchester, UK4 storey Laboratory building that forms phase 1 of the Tameside and Glossop Acute Hospital PFI project for NHS and Balfour Beatty.

Worked on prestigious HMP, Her Majesty Prison Service, Bishopbriggs, UK. £116mThis project involves the design and constructon of 700 cell prison located in East Scotland. The project will include the provision of prison house blocks, which are designed to achieve excellent BREEAM rating, office accommodation, staff and visitor facilities, a health centre, education and training facilities. Merchiston School, Edinburgh. Worked on design and construction of new boarding house for 126 sixth-form school pupils with associated ancillary facilities and integrated staff quarters. The new building is located within a tranquil area of the grounds to the north of the site behind the listed buildings of Rogerson House and the main school building.
