• To drive penetration into existing corporate and ensure that the Bank gets a major share of their business. Servicing existing customers & managing all aspects of customer relationships.
• Recognize the business potential for acquiring new clients in corporate and retail banking space and formulating acquisition initiatives.
• Analyzing customer behavior and trends pertaining to the usage of the bank’s debit and credit cards.
• Carrying out sales activities with an overall view to enhance penetration of banking products to the existing as well as new clients
• Taking care of the overall financial requirements of the key accounts mapped to me and providing them with appropriate solutions regarding investments, loans, and advances.
• Analysis of the risk appetite of the clients in terms of investments by tracking their past investment records.
