Over 7.4 Year end-to-end Provide LMS Support & Onsite Training to the Branches associated with the Region. Coordinate with Field in case of any discrepancy found in data. Coordinate with HO MIS team to report any issues with LMS either with data and/or infra & provide timely solutions to the field. Establish Best Class Infrastructure at RO/Branch & Branch Visit, ensure coordination with Service Provider & establish net connectivity branches & RO Ensure proper functioning of systems, network and internet connectivity at the Regional Office Branches Facilitating ongoing training to new/existing branches on LMS & ongoing new features being introduced as per periodic new version release. Visit the branch offices to Ensure the process is according to the Company guidelines. System Administration & Inventory Management at RO/Branch, Ensure deployment of Ubuntu Laptops / Printers branches & Region. Configure & Install MDM on all Tabs before deployment. Ensure deployment of all Windows Laptops/ Desktop of Region. Ensure Deployment of Tab, Provide training of IT Security Awareness to Region and branches.
