My role involves supporting the capacity-building efforts of various peacekeeping training centers and producing professional peacekeepers for future deployment.2. Delivered my expertise and present lectures/ conduct exercises for UN Staff Officers Course, UN Engagement Platoon Training of Trainer course, Capstone Exercise (Multi National Training event) in south and south east Asian region.

1. Planned and oversaw security arrangements, which encompassed creating security plans, deploying and training security personnel, and conducting internal investigations.2. Took charge of implementing crucial organizational programs and policies, including the business continuity plan, contingency plan, on-site technical assessments, and risk evaluations.3. I dedicated nearly 21 years of service in the Nepali Army, fulfilling various roles in Operations, Training, and Command and Staff appointments as GSO1 and GSO2. 1. Planned, managed, and facilitated UN pre-deployment training for 26 different units, totaling around 6,000 troops.2. Organized and conducted ten specialized training sessions, which included 300 officers, including 25 international participants.3.Designed and delivered the UN training package for senior-level and mid-career officers undergoing higher command and staff courses, army command and staff courses, and all arms command and staff courses.4.Successfully coordinated and conducted Advisory and Assessment visits, Pre-Deployment visits by UN HQ, and high-level delegation visits.5. Facilitated specialized training programs supported by the Global Peace Operation Initiative.6. Planned and managed international and national peacekeeping-related events, including UN Day and UN Peacekeepers Day.
