Community Program Coordinator
CurrentAs a POD Coordinator at Apnipathshala, I manage and support over 18+ PODs, working closely with teachers and students to ensure they have the resources and guidance to succeed. My responsibilities include:1- Weekly Updates & EngagementConduct weekly check-ins with each POD to gather updates on their activities, challenges, and achievements.Ensure consistent video submissions by tracking, receiving, and uploading weekly updates to our shared drive.2- Performance ReportingCompile and analyze data from each POD to prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.Maintain detailed records of each POD's progress, engagement levels, and impact on students.3- Support & CommunicationAct as the main point of contact between Apnipathshala management and PODs, relaying updates, initiatives, and important communications.Resolve any queries or challenges faced by the PODs, whether related to technology, syllabus, or administrative concerns.4- Website Development & MaintenanceRegularly update the Apnipathshala website, adding new PODs, maintaining records, and improving functionality as needed.5- Catalysis and Goal SettingCollaborate with PODs to develop 3-4 month strategic goals and track their progress.Guide PODs in creating actionable plans to maximize student learning and POD impact.6- Motivation and Skill DevelopmentMotivate PODs to participate actively by sharing content guidelines and encouraging the creation of meaningful success stories.Support each POD in identifying a Brand Ambassador who represents the group, building community identity, and inspiring students.Through my work at Apnipathshala, I am continually developing my own management skills, productivity techniques, and strategic thinking while making a positive impact in each POD under my supervision.
