I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) from P.N. Campus, Pokhara, Nepal. I completed my Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Zoology (specialization in Ecology) from Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Nepal. I completed my second Master's Degree (M.S.) in Environmental Science from Tuskegee University, Alabama, USA.. I received my PhD degree in Marine Estuarine Environmental Sciences (MEES) program from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore on May 25th, 2018. I worked as Post-Doctoral Associate for two years and as visiting lecturer for one year in the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. My areas of Interest and expertise:Characteristics of sediments and soils; biogeochemistry; phosphorus speciation in sediments, alkaline phosphatase activity in water column; water quality of ponds, lakes, streams, rivers and estuarine; Influence of land-use types and human activities on water quality; nutrient management; watershed management; Ecology, Wildlife
