Main activities:* I was responsible for Banco Itaú's Mobile development in several projects, where my knowledge in mobile IOS was put to good use.* I created the frontend and important functions of the virtual assistant in the App, such as chat with digital manager, internal chat, push notifications and pending messages, migrations, modernizations, FAQ'S and many other improvements.* I worked on two main Apps, natural person (PF) and legal entity (PJ).Main results obtained:* All technical debts were resolved instantly in both applications.* Greater engagement in the solution.* Increase in customer satisfaction.* Increase in the active customer base in chat with the manager.* Increased digital participation (people using an app instead of going to a physical branch).* Reduction of calls to the call center.* Legacy software was deactivated, generating high value for the bank.* As always, I documented and organized everything to help other team members.

Main activities:* I was in charge of Mobile development at Santander Bank, on IOS platform using Swift/Object-C* Consume services from the backend from the front in most of the financial functions in the App, like the currency exchange(Câmbio), Customer financial health(Santander On), tariff package (pacote de tarifas) and so on.Main results obtained:* The entire financial function in the IOS application for individuals (PF) was updated with the best possible architecture, design and patterns of Swift Language, generating high delivery value for the bank.* Unit tests as well as accessibility delivered with the best practices.* Google Analytics and other tagging tools, delivered with honor.* Organized documentation, for the entire processes, problem-solution, and improvements.
