Dev Joshi, 55, (popularly known as Dev Joshi ) am a Management Professional with strong bias for HR, having over 33 years rich experience in all aspects of People Management, Organisational Development, Relationship Management and Strategic support services in reputed Industries such as Sylvania, Reliance, Xerox, Indo Rama, The Oberoi Group, Ranbaxy and now LNJ Bhilwara Group.Starting as a Lawyer and then taking up Executive responsibilities in Corporate Sector, spent considerable time in different specialized Functional Roles in the process of People Management and moved on to lead Corporate / Group HR of various Organisations with excellent exposure of Business Processes and hands on experience of addressing challenges of diversified Business environments ranging from ‘Startup’ to ‘Mature’ and requiring ‘Transformation’ or ‘Turnaround ‘.
