• Responsible for maintaining all the documentations as per the IT process for the client such as daily call reports, weekly Dash Board and monthly MIS• Responsible for attending calls regarding Laptop, Desktop, & Server.• Outlook 2003 & 2010 maintenance in client side.• Assisting on Server Management i.e. Window 2003 operating system such as Providing IT support on Server 2003, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS• Creation of OU, Groups and user on Domain Controller.• Managing File Server & Print Server.• Configuration and Troubleshooting of VPN.• Responsible for checking the health of network and other IT infrastructure such as Connectivity, Network Printers, Video Conferencing.• Monitoring day to day operations of other unit of the company with 250+ nodes• Remote supporting using co-desk application.• Anti-virus updating and maintaining reports.• After attending the call update in HP if any Hardware part is required.• Maintenance & updating of Asset (In Computer).• Sending the Call Report to co-coordinator after attending the call.• Sending service satisfaction Mail to customer.• Taking Care of the overall Call.
