Mega mall is a 4,50,000 sq ft Property with 208 retail outlets, 03 Cinemas, a huge and popular food court with many restaurants and a Reliance retail outlet as anchor store. This Mall is a perfect example of mix retail brand. The efforts of u/s were acknowledged by the top management for converting the DLF Mega Mall, Gurgaon into the most happening mall of the town. On an average opened five shops per month without any assistance from the central leasing team and taking occupancy from 42% to 89% in just 11 months with a KPI of over 91% and also brought in the Reliance Retail as an anchor store. Making the budget for the Mall and keeping the expenditures well within the approved budget. Setting the SOP’s for different departments and making sure to implement the same.Increased the revenue from parking by over 120% by introducing automated parking systems and by changing the approach to the Mall entry and exit routes.
