Current* Taking care of E-commerce Business of Mobiles, Laptops/Tablets, CDIT(TV, AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Small Appliances and Others/Accessories.* Handling a territory with team size of 7 On role Senior Executives and 7 Associates.* Open FOFO /JMD Executive Stores and taking care of their operations.* Responsible for over all Business and Operation of JMD for the designated geography.* Product Category wise Value and Volume targets for designated geography basis each category of retailers.* Responsible for Onboarding of 100% Smart Phone & CDIT retailers for JMD Business and Ensure all retailers are trained, certifies and familiar with ASP Platform.* Individual responsible for Supporting and driving all Programs designed for Sales & Business Enhancement as retail point.* Co-ordinate with Cross functional teams like SCM, ResQ, Finance (DMI & HDFC) Care of retailers and customers delight them by ensuring +Ve NPL Score.* Act as a Master trainer, Coach and Supervisor for the team.* Responsible for Sales Officers Productivity across category of products and retailers.* Plan and Execute marketing activities required for the Area/Territory in teams of - JMD Offer Awareness & Value Propositions.* Driving Visibility of JMD at Retail Counters & Local Market of wide category of products.* Develop and Nurture long term relations with key retailers.
