● My role is L1 &L2 Application support Engineer● Responsible for day-to-day systems management and operations.● Sharing the processed data to client on daily basis using Win-SCP● Analyzing and escalating the issues to respective team and communicating with them for finding solution.● Resolving the tickets that are raised by the OPS team/Call Rep’s on the severity base.● Validating the application once the deployment has been completed (Weekly or daily if deployments happened for production or non-production applications (Stage, Test, UAT, DEV).● Interacting with onsite clients and on shore team members.● Monitoring the application server and Generating System Health Reports by using App dynamics tool.● Validating the applications once production and non-production patching is completed to the servers.● Troubleshooting the any ongoing issues and worked with the concern (Dev, OPS, and QA) teams to get it fixed permanently

● My role is L1 & L2 Application support engineer.● Responsible for finding the root cause for the application downtime by using the various tools like App Dynamics.● Escalations via the Service now incident notification tool.● Meeting the SLA’s as per the contract signed with the client● Perform regression testing on multiple applications to ensure the health status.● Update or modify production data based on tickets created by Business/Premium Users.● Opening bridge calls and coordinating with teams for high Severity Production Issue’s and mitigate them with workaround.● Testing automatons and tracking the defects with Jira.● Parsing the data from Kibana, to generate graphs.● Part of automation tool that helps trigger communications to various teams based on the need.● Evaluate Brute force and alert the teams to ensure safety.● Validate applications and its functionality after every release in Prod/BCP.● Create new monitoring metrics, notifications, alerts, Kibana dashboards and other additional tasks to improve efficiency.● Creating reports and dashboards in App Dynamics as required.● Identify recurring problems, work with the team to identify the root cause, then plan and execute the necessary steps to eliminate possibility of re-occurrences.● Working closely with stakeholders / customer for fixing Customer Impacting issue’s considering SLA.● Coordinate incident communication, triage and send communications to internal and vendor teams.● Responsible for application testing and making sure to available application to customer 24/7.● Monitoring the application server and Generating System Health Reports.● Maintaining the application job flow documents.
