Reporting into Plant General Manager.Spend responsibility of $ 25 Million & Direct reporting of 9 team members .Commodities : PVC , Polycarbonate , Inks , Chemicals & Packaging materials . Key responsibilities : Global Sourcing , Purchase , Material planning , Cap-Ex , Imports - Exports , Warehousing Management & Hazardous Goods Supply chain Management.

Reporting into General Manager Procurement Spend responsibility of $ 19 Million with team of 5 Direct reports .Commodities : Investment Casting , Gravity Die Casting , Pressure Die Casting , Hydroformed components , Sheet Metal , Tubings & packaging .Key Responsibilities :Global sourcing : Supporting intercompany plants to source into India - US , Europe & Brazil SCM : End to End supply chain management from India suppliers to Global manufacturing locations in Stuttgart , Neusdat , Charleston , Fortworth & South Africa .Materail Planning thru EDI releases and supply on Just In Time & Just In Sequence to overseas manufacturing locations thru VMI's at every region .Driving YOY cost reductions to improve bottom line growth .Responsibility of Global Freight Contracts for India Operations .
