Honored to work with one of the best travelling company Expedia in IGT solutions, where I was handling the escalated case's and closing the service request the best thing is I got an opportunity to work globally in this process where I used to communicate with the different countries customer and provided them a best possible resolution as per the process.

I was working in customer experience department in Clutter process as well as I worked in the generating sales lead in Clutter department, the best thing working in this organization for me is I have been employee of the month for consecutively 3 month's as I was getting multiple appreciation shoutout from my customer whom I assisted over a call and provided them best resolution as per the process.

I started my journey with one of the best clothing brand GAP in Concentrix it was a contractual job however I did my best with in those 5 months of my contract, After providing them a best customer support Concentrix retained me on a full time role in different process known as Comcast which is the best and largest service provider in USA I was working there in technical department where I used to handle the cases related to the internet and home-security so I used to guide to the customer's and troubleshoot there internet or home security with one of the software (ITG) Internet troubleshooting guide that was a great opportunity for me to worked to worked in a 2 different process with in few months, as it was my first job Concentrix is the best organization for me forever because It gave me a chance to start my career in corporate sector also I eared multiple things over there like time management call flow handling irate customer's in a polite way and provide them best possible resolution I got multiple shoutout for providing best resolution's to the customer's as per the process.
