• Working as an IT and Engineering recruiter for US based company.• Recruiting IT, Engineering, and Professional candidates for leading medical device, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and regulatory and financial and insurance industries.• Full life cycle recruiting including executive search, technical recruiting, screening, management, networking, sourcing, phone screening, qualifying, interview scheduling, preparing candidates, salary negotiations, and closing.• Heavy use of Recruiter tools like LinkedIn, indeed, Career Builder, etc. to source candidates across the United States and screen them as per the Client's requirement.• Familiar with SAP Fieldglass, an open manages external workforce and employee’s vendor management system (VMS).• Inbound and outbound calls.• Responding to candidates' queries via calls, texts and E-mails.• Ability to communicate with the candidates, understand their concerns, and make a win-win situation for all.• Rich experience in negotiating the rate/terms with the candidate.• Good experience in mapping resume against the client’s requirement.• Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination for phone, video or on-site interviews.• Prep submitted candidates before interview.
