Strategize the long/ short term needs by forecasting the future manpower requirement.  Managing Employee Life Cycle- Keeping track of all employee activities right from the day a person joins till their separation. Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending Compensation packages during Appointment, Confirmation, and Annual Increment. Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance Management, Disciplinary procedures and absence management, HR handbooks. Responsible for implementation of Performance review across the organization.  Actively involved in Building capabilities and organizational learning through the preparation of TNI, Training Calendar, annual budget, identification of Faculty, Coordination with HODs to facilitate training to nominated candidates,s and evaluation of training program.  Responsible for HR audit OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949. Monitoring Absenteeism and disciplinary proceedings for absentee cases and Coordinating Domestic inquiry process, Initiating disciplinary proceedings against misconduct / delinquent employees.  Responsible for Monthly Organization chart review and updating. Responsible for Departmental Budget, Business Plan & KRA Presentation. Developing and executing engagement activities. Active Participation in Long Term Wage Settlement with Union Leaders. Responsible for publishing the company’s In-house News Letter. Independent handling of all company’s insurance matters such as GPA, GMC, Term Insurance, Marine, Fire Insurance, Cash Insurance, etc. Independently handling the Japanese Expect Management.
