Senior Cluster Business Manager
Current- Conceptualizing & implementing strategic plan & go-to-market strategy for RetailTrade / FOREX business; contributing to strategic inputs for sustained growth inthe branch.
- Leading the Branch Banking Team (BRO, Sales Team, Branch Head) as a SinglePoint of Contact for all branch resources; managing multiple Dealing Desks acrossvarious regions and ensuring consistent business growth.
- Maintaining relationship with HNI clients, advising them on their investmentportfolios and facilitating digital transactions; expanding business by establishingNew To Bank (NTB) tie-ups with FOREX vendors.
- Facilitating resource activation across all branches and ensuring all branchresources generate leads & foster customer engagement.
- Holding corporate and trade meetings with clients for overseas vendor payment orbank guarantee issuance, LC, shipping bills, so on.
- Onboarding new Retail FOREX and Trade customers having export & import business.
