I was an integral part in growing this company and other responsibility of Production. Overall looking the Production and Planning. Preparing Daily Production Plan & Weekly Production Plan for ensuring proper production planning. Distributing the work among the operators in order to achieve daily production target. Coordinating and ensuring the smooth production at the shop floor while maintaining optimum level of inventory. Supervising the preventive maintenance activities of the machines. Preparing and Maintaining OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness/Efficiency) Control wastage & variation, and increase productivity.  Adopting effective measures for continuous improvement in the quality of the product. Handling raw material, semi-finished & finished good transactions. (Raw Materialreconciliation) Responsible for planning and implementation of production plan raw material, Tape line, Weaving Looms, Coating and finishing section.  Maintaining ISO documentation of forms & formats used. Following and promoting the use of various efficient techniques like 5S, Kaizen, etc. Scheduling Preventive Machine maintenance. Optimizing machine & manpower utilization.
