Job Profile• Carefully understand clients & sales team requirements with delivery deadlines.• Capacity requirements planning, Production planning, organizing, scheduling and controlling the work of different customers. From design to delivery.• Approve exceptional and extraordinary jobs and specifications • Ensuring schedules are strictly followed.• Directing prepress, press, finishing and delivery to ensure quality standards are maintained at all time with optimum utilization of available resources.• Supervise production team to produce and prioritize the jobs, and when necessary, reorganize when deadline changes and updates. • Materials requirement planning for different jobs as per clients requirements.• Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedules.• Outsourcing when capacity limitations to ensure deadlines are achieved.• Liaising with different departments like Sales, estimation, procurement.• Analyze daily production reports and material consumption reports.• Scheduling Preventive maintenance of different machines without affecting job schedules• Making changes in workflow to achieve quality and fast turnaround in production.• Schedule, Plan and conduct Daily Production Meeting.• Oversee Leave and shift planning of all staff. Monitor Overtime.• Reporting shortcoming and achievements to Management • Training operators to minimize machine breakdown time and achieve productivity• Assessing and documenting operator skills.• Monitor quality, accuracy and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality of material that meets customer expectations.• Following and implementing the company policies, HSE guidelines and sharing responsibility by extending support to the management.
