Monthly production planning & manpower deployment line wise.7). Sim meeting with lines supervisor & operator.8). Provides online training of workers. 9). Maintains shopfloor basic disciplines line 5s & safety. 10).Co-ordination with QC and other departments for effective implementation SOPs & CAPA.11).Co-ordination with warehouse department. for the timely & smooth flow packaging materials and finished good.12). Manpower allocations as per requirement.13). Knowledge of Prime(Pernod Ricard intigreted manufacturing excellence)14). Sim-1 meeting at shop floor with operators and line supervisor regarding safety, Quality,OEE and Minor stoppage.15). Provides tool box training to the line workers related- Safety, Quality and personal hygiene.16). Knowledge of UP OASYS barcode.17).
