Started a New position on Indian new year as Respiratory Care Practitioner - Adults/Pediatrics/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

As a dedicated Respiratory Therapist, I have gained extensive experience working across various critical care units, including the ER, MICU, SICU, NCCU, and the Hyperbaric Chamber. I have had the opportunity to perform essential procedures such as intubation, bronchial airway management, arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, and administering advanced therapies like Nitric Oxide and Heliox. Additionally, I have been actively involved in managing ARDS patients, including prone positioning and extubation processes.In my role, I have had the responsibility of serving as the Rapid Response Team and Code Blue Therapist, leading critical care responses and ensuring high-quality patient care during emergency situations. I have also worked closely with physicians during rounds, contributing to collaborative care planning and patient management.I have provided training for new residents and Nurse Practitioners (NP), helping them build their knowledge and skills in ventilator management, including settings, modes, and strategies to optimize ABG results. My clinical experience is complemented by advanced certifications, including ACLS, ensuring that I am always prepared to provide the best care under pressure.Driven by a commitment to patient care and clinical excellence, I thrive in fast-paced environments and am always looking for new opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise in Respiratory Therapy.
