Overseeing Florida and Trinidad venue, covering all broadcast related matters for ICC.Working with the host broadcaster, production team and licensees.

Taking the lead on the transition plan from Spark Sports to TVNZ as well as assisting on a number of commercial projects.

Leading the Corporate Services division in a manner that supports the vision, purpose and objectives of the ICC WCWC 2021 with a specific focus on providing robust financial management, ensuring business systems and resources are in place to support operations and ensure statutory, audit and contractual obligations. The role drives finance strategy, planning and analysis, adding value to decision making while also overseeing all procurement, contracting and procedures. Overseeing the commercial deliverables for the ICC on ground, workforce volunteer program and general office management. Working with the CEO and in collaboration with the International Cricket Council (ICC) and New Zealand Cricket (NZC), responsible for developing the event and hosting budgets and ensuring appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place.

- Major Events: Men’s Cricket World Cup (2015 & 2019), Women’s Cricket World Cup (2013 & 2017) World Twenty20 (2012, 2014, 2016), Champions Trophy (2013, 2017)- Role:o Overseeing the finances for all commercial events, including set up of finance structures for the Local Organizing Committee in event host country locations.o Financial input on the 8 year commercial rights strategy. o Liaising with Legal department in drafting of Commercial agreements. o Create and implement a thorough procurement compliance policy with the senior legal counsel.o Reviewing the process for ITT’s, RFP’s and RFQ’s with the legal and commercial team.o Review royalty reports with sponsor serving team and follow up with licensees.o Drafting of papers for the ICC Executive Board.o Formulating event accounting policies.

o ICC World Twenty20 2016Management of event sponsorship and licensing programme delivery in the lead up to and during the event including commercial management of sponsors and suppliers.

o ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 Ensuring all aspects of the broadcast production process are functioning during a match day.  Managing contractual obligations from broadcasters and licensees.

- Major Events: Ryder Cups, British Opens, Wimbledon, Alfred Dunhill Championships, Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championships and Women’s British Open. - Role:o Ensure audit standards and corporate governance requirements are maintained.o Cash management, royalty reporting, reconciling on-site merchandise sales for licensing program.o Overseeing all accounting functions of IMG Academies UK LTD, IMG South Africa and IMG Dubai office.o Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, preparing cash flows, scheduling and reviewing weekly BACS run, prepare yearly financial statements, maintain the fixed asset register and prepare quarterly reporting packs for financial controller.

o Indian Premier League (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011)Working with the client, state associations, franchises, sponsors and supplies in a variety of management roles:Venue Manager - overseeing the cricket operations at the venue, scorers, team sheets, accreditation, hospitality and set up of the IMG/IPL office. Sponsor servicing Manager – protecting sponsors rights, assisting the sponsors with their activations.Logistics Manager – prepare all travel plans for franchise teams in place to match with tournament schedule. Flights hotels, luggage vans and cars.Event accountant – working with the tournament director on budgets, taxation and variance reporting.
