Leading a wide range of comprehensive pre-sales, bid management, and product enhancement activities across various advanced solutions, including Intelligent Transport Systems, Mobility & Payment Solutions, Integrated Traffic Management, Enforcement Systems, and GIS Solutions.• Spearheading the entire Mobility vertical by mentoring and guiding the bid and pre-sales team to deliver consistently high-quality responses to Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Tender (RFT).• Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships to unlock global market opportunities, facilitating the development and delivery of Government-to-Citizen (G2C), Business-to-Customer (B2C), and Business-to-Business-to-Customer (B2B2C) solutions and services.• Managing a diverse portfolio of global enterprise and government accounts, working closely with senior management to uphold and refine the sales playbook, pitch strategies, commercial models, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role involves ensuring alignment with strategic goals, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in sales processes and performance.• Strategically secured IoT, AI/ML product/platform, and Mobility bids surpassing $250M, demonstrating robust expertise in high-stakes negotiations.• Forged strategic alliances with global IT infrastructure leaders• Authored detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, ensuring clear, actionable guidelines for development and alignment with stakeholder expectations.• Oversaw the deployment of cutting-edge Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems in Rajkot and Indore delivering transformative urban transport solutions that significantly improved efficiency and passenger experience.
