I have retired from the the Robert Stempel School of Public Health at Floridal International University as the founding Dean in December, 2006. I also functioned as Interim Dean of College of Public Health at the Ohio State University in 2002-03 and am now appointed as Professor Emeritus at the Ohio State University. I am currently member of the Efficiency Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) for the National quality Forum’s project, “National Voluntary Standards for therapeutic Drug Management Quality”. I am also an Affiliate Professor with College of Public Health at University of South Florida.As a part of my activities during my career, I have: 1) extensively published in refereed journal; 2) testified on various issues at local, state, and national legislative meetings, 3) consulted with many pharmaceutical companies and other health care organizations; and 4) have provided leadership to build organizations to achieve its goals. I have been invited to speak at national and international meetings related to research interests which include topics such as economic evaluation of pharmaceutical and health care programs with special emphasis on the health status valuation using utility analysis and health related quality of life measurements, strategic planning and health care organizations, drug distribution and public policy, and research methodology in pharmacy practice and health services reserch.Specialties: See Professional Experience
