• Monitoring & controlling of North India EPSON Depot Transportation & operational work.• Manage FTL/ODC/Bulk & Project Transportation efficiently.• Coordinating with EPSON Dealer and Sales team for smooth functions for North India Epson warehouse.• Maintenance of vehicles & equipment, monitor the implementation of rules, safety.• Ensuring of timely dispatches and return of vehicles after delivery.• To ensure 100% truck & trailers capacity utilization during dispatch. • Find the new resource for transportation and add this for Tpt• Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss details for only transportation north. • Generating, maintaining, analysing and presenting daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports & presenting it to the Client and Management.• Maintaining Transportation MIS and records pertaining to distributors & claims, logistics,• Audits and monitors account of transporter compliance to contract standards. Prepares and implements recommendations and action plans for account compliance.
