Overall responsibility to lead the organization

• Overall responsible for Knowledge Management, Programme Monitoring and Information and Communication Technology for the organisation• Explore space of collaboration and complementarity with likeminded agencies for possible synergies and development. • Integrate institutional knowledge into the design of new projects and initiatives. • Contribute in strategic planning and implementation for project executed by the organisation• Lead in project monitoring process and ensure effective dissemination of information and learning to head office and country office.• Develop Knowledge and Information Management plan based on strategy and ensure effective implementation across all projects• Facilitate the integration of knowledge gathered from different in-house projects and other organizations through various means.• Facilitate knowledge exchange amongst in-house projects and programmes • Facilitate knowledge dissemination through different knowledge products e.g. snippet, leaflet, article, blog, utilize both print and non-print media Contribute programme coordination office and country office in implementing and monitoring various planned activities of different projects as per the country strategy. • Maintain donor relations in Nepal• Develop acquisition notes, expressions of interest, concept notes, full proposals, or bid document as necessary for the working area relevant projects.• Support project line manager/s and a Team Leader to establish project team and start new project once acquired.• Represents the organization in relevant events of donors and the government.

Lead the organization in planning, designing, development and implementation of MIS systems for monitoring and methodological decision-making liaising closely with team leaders of various projects/programmes, conceptualize and coach the project staff and collaborative partners, Develop and implement monitoring framework Lead analysis of investment made by the organizationProduce key programme planning and reporting documents such as the yearly plan of operation, the annual report and half yearly reportEnsure effective implementation and management of MIS requirement and Monitoring Systems; Design and implement GIS Application Systems for Coherent Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation system and planning

The overall responsibility was to lead the organization for strategic guidance, programme planning, management and coordination to deliver quality and effective internet service to its customers; represent organization in exchange with various partners and other institutions at local, national, regional and international level; guide to consolidate the best learning of different projects actions; plan forums for sharing the best learning and the good practices; provide thematic framework and strategic guidance to develop new product/ideas; mobilize human resources to develop communication and profit making strategy; engage in policy dialogue and contribute to the development of Satyam Computer’s profile to ensure organisational visibility in Nepal and the region. I also lead the organization and provided methodological decision-making and managerial leadership liaising closely with Nepal’s Ministry of Information and Communication, Nepal Telecommunication Authority and played initiator’s role in establishing Internet Service Provider’s association of Nepal.
