He secured his degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from NIT Trichy, and MDP from IIM Bangalore.He is a Quality professional with experience in the areas of Software Quality Assurance, Reliability, Testing, Product Development, Software Development, Hardware Design, Six Sigma, Project Management and People Management.Won the Award from CTO of NXP Semiconductors, Netherlands for successfully leading the "India Merger & Acquisition" Team of NXP Semiconductors when it acquired STB Division of Connexant.Led a team which won the GOLD AWARD for the best Six Sigma Project - Motorola Worldwide.Was rated the best "People Manager" by Gallup (an independant survey) on four occasions. He likes creative writing and he has worked as a part time freelance copywriter for many Advertising Agencies. He has written many poems, one of which was selected by International Poets Association, USA. He has also participated in International Drawing Competitions.
