Attending site meetings and performing site supervision during the construction phase of projects. Monitor all Quantity & Estimation related activities on the project, Attend client quality management meetings. Assisted the project control team in preparation and monitoring weekly and monthly progress and subcontractors’ liabilities, including change orders. Monitoring projects with respect to Resource Deployment, Quality Compliance and ensure timely execution of projects. Ensure QA & QC as per MORTH specification of the project along with monitoring of Safety requirements and compliance during construction, carrying out measurement andverification quantities. Checking of Variation statement and rate analysis for extra items. Collection of field data as per project requirements & Read through drawings & releasing it for the project implementation. Co-ordinated engineering department for resolving site queries.
