Routine management of the CapEx,OpEx funding request of Startups and Incubation centers. Ensure proper analysis of incentive reimbursement documents submitted by the registered startups and incubation centers and provide approval, further communication and record keeping accordingly.Lining up the startups applied for UP Startup funding programme in the evaluation committee post review of their documentation and eligibility. Routine communication with the Startups and Incubation Centers to ensure they are upto date on the Startup announcements and ensuring timely compliance of their grievance redressal and funding aspects. StartinUP website management, co-ordination with the website development and maintenance team. Ensuring proper co-ordination of Project Management Unit (KPMG) with the Project Implementation Unit (UP Electronics Corporation Ltd.) to ensure both are in sync with the funding status of Startups and Incubation Centers. Routine visits of established/in-process/ applied incubation centers to validate their documentation and ensure they are in compliance with the Startup guidelines. Routine reporting to Government about the project status. Ensuring funding support for the events proposals organized by the Incubation Centers. Organizing meetings with stakeholders and presenting the financial progress report of funding. Preparation of financial reports detailing funding to Incubation centers and Startups. Maintaining detailed datasets of funding for the project. Preparing the Monthly progress reports (MPRs) of KPMG. Co-ordination with the Government Project Implementation Unit and Secretariat in routine project reviews, meetings, analysis, letter preparations, knowledge transfer sessions etc. Counselling,resolving startup and incubation center queries associated with the funding support.
