Leading Station Assistant
Current- Supervising and managing the station team, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively- Ensuring that the station is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and taking corrective action where necessary- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints, and ensuring that all customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently- Monitoring station activity and identifying potential safety or security risks, and taking appropriate action to mitigate those risks- Ensuring that all staff follow safety and security protocols, and taking corrective action where necessary- Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the station operates smoothly and efficiently- Conducting regular inspections and audits of the station, and implementing improvements where necessaryTransferable Work Skills:As a Leading Station Assistant, you will develop a number of transferable work skills that will be valuable in a range of other roles.
