With over 30 years of experience in Mechanical Services HVAC Design, I have experience on a wide variety of projects including healthcare facilities, laboratories, education facilities, public precinct projects, commercial offices, retail precincts, data centres, industrial warehouses, and special projects including television studios, radio studios and places of public entertainment. I have extensive experience in all facets of multi-disciplinary building services engineering projects from initial conceptual design to detailed design, construction supervision, commissioning and project handover. Experienced Project Manager with ability to liaise with clients, manage stakeholders, coordinate with all services disciplines and provide site construction supervision. Good understanding of working in ‘live’ buildings and keeping existing areas operational such as in existing hospital refurbishment projects to manage staging of works to minimise its impact on operation of the facility, and have extensive project experience in this area.Experienced in working collaboratively in a peer review capacity with Construction Manager, D&C Contractors and Client’s Representative to ensure optimum outcome for the project.
