Responsibilities:• Taking care of all the technical/techno-functional/functional requirements.• Looked after United States IT as well as Non-IT recruitment, with direct clients.• Checking the candidates on different IT parameters• Performing ref. checks to ensure the background of the candidates• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to screen, identify and select qualified candidates including cold calling, head hunting, internet sourcing and direct referrals. • Keeping a track of running technologies and trends of the market rates for them.• Acted as a Trainer/ Mentor for the Jr. Recruiters and helped the organization in holding the client by fulfilling their complex and difficult requirement through different means i.e., Job Portals like Monster, Dice, Career Builder etc. and Social Networking Sites like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and reaching out to passive contacts using Google.• Train and Mentor Juniors with Recruitment skills, soft skills, US tax terms, Visa laws etc.• Handle 5 to 6 Junior Recruiters and helping them in understanding positions, and search strings etc.
