I am passionate about supporting Technology and Software companies to grow and thrive working with a range of technology companies from large multinational US and UK listed businesses to many emerging start-ups, scale-ups and PE backed companies who are at the forefront of emerging technology. I lead our Northern business across the technology industry and work closely with colleagues from across our different lines of service to ensure we bring the best to our clients.I lead external audits and have provided audited and advisory services to companies experiencing significant growth and supported them through transactions such as US and UK IPOs, raising funds, acquisitions and disposals, carve-out transactions, governance and risk and controls. I am also a software revenue recognition expert.I have been based in Manchester since 2021. Previously, I have been based in our technology teams in London and the South East and Vancouver, Canada.I am passionate about developing relationships, supporting clients, solving problems and developing our people to continue to provide value and insight to our clients.
